What should I do if my product is damaged in transit?
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Share your order details and photos/videos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Items damaged in transit cannot be replaced or refunded after this 24 hour period.
